True Colours Recruitment believe in giving back to the community.  Our mission is to help our charity of choice, the Oncology Children's Foundation, raise vital funds for their work. 

The Oncology Children's Foundation (OCF) is a not-for-profit children's charity dedicated to finding a cure for sick and critically ill children suffering from cancer, leukaemia and other serious cancer related illnesses.

In Australia today more children die of oncology related conditions than any other disease. In 2006 over 700 Australian children under the age of 16 were diagnosed with cancer. Thirty years ago most children with cancer died, now 75 per cent can be cured permanently. Unfortunately one in four don't survive.

What's your involvement?

When you engage us to conduct your team building training we involve the participants' in our charity fundraising. 

Everyone benefits - your organisation gets a fully productive team who feel like they have achieved something worthwhile; the Charity gets vital funds to continue their research and  most importantly, one day there may be a cure for children's cancer, thanks to your participation.
